Bruno Lorenzon's approach in Mercurey, Burgundy, results in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with remarkable concentration and structure, reflective of meticulous vineyard management.

Bruno Lorenzon operates his family's boutique domaine in Burgundy's Mercurey appellation, focusing on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from their premier cru Champs Martin vineyard holdings in the Côte Chalonnaise. His meticulous approach combines high-density plantings and low yields with traditional winemaking methods, particularly favoring older oak barrels to preserve terroir expression in both red and white wines.
