Marroneto, a Brunello di Montalcino producer, crafts Sangiovese wines known for their elegance, finesse, and traditional winemaking approach.

Il Marroneto is a small 5.8-hectare estate in northern Montalcino founded in 1974, producing approximately 15,000 bottles annually of traditional Sangiovese wines from high-elevation (350-450m), east-facing vineyards with galestro and alberese soils. Owner-winemaker Alessandro Mori personally oversees all aspects of production, employing indigenous yeasts, concrete fermentation vessels, and extended aging in large Slavonian oak casks to create wines of remarkable purity and longevity from his prized Madonna delle Grazie vineyard.
