Alvina Pernot, a relatively new name in Burgundy, has already established a reputation for pure and expressive Chardonnay, continuing the legacy of her grandfather's (Paul Pernot) winemaking traditions.

Alvina Pernot, daughter of Paul Pernot, launched her domaine in 2018 in Puligny-Montrachet, where she and husband Philippe Ahrens craft Chardonnay exclusively from family vineyards across Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault, including parcels in Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru. The domaine blends next-generation energy with traditional Burgundian expertise through its focused production model, utilizing temperature-controlled fermentation to maintain precision throughout their small-scale vinification process.
