Domaine des Lambrays is a renowned winery in the Côte de Nuits region of Burgundy, France. The estate, known for its nearly-monopole Grand Cru vineyard - Clos des Lambrays - produces elegant, complex Pinot Noir wines.

Domaine des Lambrays is a historic Burgundian estate in Morey-Saint-Denis controlling nearly all of the 8.84-hectare Clos des Lambrays Grand Cru vineyard, where 40-year-old Pinot Noir vines thrive in complex limestone, clay, and marl soils at optimal mid-slope elevations. The domaine's winemaking philosophy balances tradition with selective modern adaptations, employing variable whole-cluster fermentation (30-85%) and oak regimens tailored to each vintage's characteristics rather than following rigid formulas.
