Denis Bachelet is a Burgundy vigneron whose small-scale (4.3 hectares) production of Gevrey-Chambertin Pinot Noir is coveted for its finesse, concentration, and aromatic purity.

Denis Bachelet is a fourth-generation family producer in Gevrey-Chambertin, Burgundy, crafting Pinot Noir from 4 hectares of holdings, including Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru and Gevrey-Chambertin Les Corbeaux Premier Cru parcels with 80+ year-old vines. The domaine maintains traditional methods with hand harvesting, careful grape selection, and small oak barrel vinification while keeping production volumes intentionally low.
