Henschke is a renowned winery in the Eden Valley region of South Australia, known for its high-quality Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Riesling wines. Established in 1868, the winery is now managed by the fifth generation of the Henschke family.

Henschke, a sixth-generation family winery founded in 1868 in South Australia's Eden Valley, produces Shiraz from their historic Hill of Grace and Mount Edelstone vineyards, with pre-phylloxera vines dating to the 1860s. The estate combines traditional open-top fermentation with modern temperature control, while viticulturist Prue Henschke integrates scientific vineyard management with generations of family knowledge.
